June 11, 2019, 7:30pm – Poteat and clarinetist Laura DeLuca perform Poteat’s duet Ripples of Possibilities at the Seattle Symphony’s hip new performance venue, Octave 9, on their program, In the Spotlight: Bolcom, Jolley & Poteat, Benaroya Hall, Seattle WA

May 30, 2019, (time TBD) – The Villa Academy Wind Ensemble presents the world premiere of Poteat’s The Queen of Water, inspired the by the book of the same title written by Laura Resau and María Virginia Farinango.  Villa Academy, Seattle WA

January 19, 2019, 7pm – The Sound Ensemble performs Poteat’s Morning at the Sound on their program celebrating Pacific Northwest Female Composers.  Chapel Performance Space, Seattle WA

January 18, 2019, 7pm – Members of the Seattle Modern Orchestra perform Poteat’s From Subterranea at the Folio in the heart of Seattle’s Pike Place Market.  The program includes poetry reading and works by Tom Baker, Takemitsu, and Crumb.  Folio, Seattle WA

2018

June 23, 2018 – Island Consort presents New Music on the Rock, featuring Angelique Poteat as their 2018 Composer in Residence.  Works programmed by Poteat: Water Pastel, From Subterranea, Roots of Variegation, Pacific Musings, Much Difference, and Morning at the Sound.  This whole-day festival is at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Whidbey Island, Freeland WA

March 25, 2018, 7pm – Flutist Paul Taub, in celebration of his retirement from an inspiring career at the Cornish College of the Arts, presents a recital of an eclectic mix of outstanding works that feature the flute.  Included on this program is Poteat’s Song and Dance for flute quartet, performed by the IWO Quartet.  PONCHO Concert Hall, Seattle WA

February 4, 2018, 3pm – Hear the Seattle Collaborative Orchestra perform Poteat’s rock ‘n roll inspired Beyond Much Difference. Also on the program is the world premiere of David Lien’s Aeromancy for Saxophone, Orchestra, and Organ, as well as Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, held at the University Christian Church, Seattle WA

August 25-27, 2017 – Island Consort presents their 3rd Annual Luise Greger Women in Music Celebration.  On the program is Poteat’s Water Pastel, performed by Gloria Ferry-Brennan, violin, and Roxanna Patterson, viola; and Pacific Musings, performed by Fumi Tagata, soprano, and Sheila Weidendorf, piano.  There are three opportunities to hear the same program: 8/25, 7pm at the Noorlag Salon, Oak Harbor WA; 8/26, 7pm at Henny Home, Langley WA; and 8/27 at the Ballard Homestead, Seattle WA
